The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) in Kerala has announced the results for the Plus One Higher Secondary (HSE) and Vocational Higher Secondary (VHSE) exams for 2025. Students who appeared for these exams can now check their marks online. The results were made public on June 2, 2025. Students can visit the official websites to access their marksheets. The main site is results.hse.kerala.gov.in. They can also use results.kite.kerala.gov.in, prd.kerala.gov.in, and keralaresults.nic.in.

To check their results, students need to enter their Roll Number and Date of Birth. It is important to keep the admit card safe, as it contains the necessary details. This year, a total of 3,83,647 students registered for the HSE first-year exams. Out of these, 3,892 students were absent. The marks of 3,79,444 students were tabulated.

The overall pass percentage for this year is 62.28%. This is a decrease from last year’s pass percentage of 67.30%. A total of 2,36,317 students scored above 30%. In the Science stream, 1,90,383 students registered, and the pass percentage is 68.69%. The Humanities stream had 80,617 registered students, with a pass percentage of 50.57%. In Commerce, 1,12,647 students registered, achieving a pass percentage of 59.64%.

For the Open School candidates, the overall pass rate stands at 40.53%. In the Technical stream, the pass percentage is recorded at 44.37%. The exams were conducted from March 6 to March 9, 2025. This year, the results showed a decline in pass rates across most streams compared to last year. For example, the Humanities stream had a pass rate of 57.96% last year, which has dropped to 50.57% this year.
